Overview

City-State, LLC (CSL) has current and relevant experience at various Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense (DoD) facilities and installations, serving multiple prime contractors. CSL is a successful graduate of the DOE Mentor-Protégé program and possesses a DOE Top Secret FOCI and DoD CAGE Code.

We understand and work daily within federal, state and local regulations nationwide, to include
RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, DOT, NRC, applicable orders, and their state and local counterparts as it
pertains to environmental compliance, waste management and transportation caveats for
hazardous, radioactive, and mixed waste projects.

In addition to professional services for environmental compliance, waste management, and
transportation, CSL provides research interns for various departments at ORNL to include
High-Temperature Metals, Inorganic Membrane Fabrication Development and Use, as well as
multiple disciplines related to Neutron Sciences.

CSL works diligently to understand and meet the needs of its clients and works closely with
them for continuous improvement of processes and tasks. CSL has an impeccable safety
record, having no recorded injuries and never receiving a Notice of Violation (NOV) on any
projects or at any clients’ sites.
